Are approvals and private execution included in the first paid plan?
Yes. Approval-based execution, basic audit history, confidential USDC execution, and manual retry and recovery are core payroll controls.
Does recurring payroll auto-move funds?
No. Recurring payroll planning should generate draft runs. The connected company treasury wallet still signs execution unless a future secure authorization model is introduced.
